Job summary
As an HR&GA Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing both HR and general affairs functions within our organization. This role requires level of professionalism, strategic thinking, hands-on and the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Job Description
C&B Tasks:
- Develop and implement HR policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and objectives e.g. recruitment, performance management systems.
- Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and off boarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and make recommendations for necessary updates to policies and practices.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs including payroll management, salary structures and employee welfare initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, payroll information, and attendance records.
- Stay updated on HR and employment law trends, and ensure that the company's policies and practices remain in compliance with changing regulations.
- Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review and decision-making purposes.
General Affairs Tasks:
- Arrange timely procedures related to foreigner such as visa, work permit, resident card
- Provide general administrative support for company activities as well as office, manufacturing facilities
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Hold at least bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Having minimum from 3 years proven experience as an HR and GA Supervisor or similar role, having experience in the furniture manufacturing is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Strong understanding of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
- Proactive with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity.
- English communication skill
