Admin works• Make booking of air ticket, accommodation for Director, guests.• Applying Visa for any staffs going abroad for business (via Visa Agency).• Purchase equipment (office stationery, computer devices, uniform…);• Working with Suppliers (security services, taxi services, contractors…)• Controlling tasks related to email issue, server room• Controlling properties handed over to staff and get returned when they resign company• Others task/report assigned by Director/ Head office in Germany (if any).HR works• Recruiting: posting job, screen CVs and select good candidates, contact candidate and make interview, making offer letter.• Making new labor contract, tracking term of labor contract, making monthly attendance sheet• Being in charge of Social Insurance, register/stop for staffs, calculate monthly amounts to be paid to Insurance fund, PIT, matters regarding to Family circumstance relief• Making internal notices, company regulations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
