The Human Resources Manager is responsible to ensure the effectiveness of managing the human resources department on a daily basis by ensuring administration and people development systems, company policies and procedures are followed while maintaining a high degree of employee satisfaction.

In this position, you are accountable to achieve the outcomes listed below:
Star Selection
• All stars selected meet the essential requirements of the employee specifications for their position
Training & development
• Stars passing probation period have been trained in all essential tasks as per self-leadership assessment form
• Training plans for all stars are prepared, implemented and regularly updated
• A sufficient number of certified OJS skills trainers are available in each department to implement the training plans
• Star performers and high potentials have access to further professional and personal development training as per training plan
• An active talent spotting program is in place to support succession planning and career growth for shining stars
• All employees know the company core values
Coaching & performance review
• All employees complete a self-leadership review and attend a formal performance review before the end of their probation
• On job performance is regularly observed and assessed informally. Good performance is acknowledged, poor performance is coached
• All direct reports receive a formal annual performance review prior to contract renewal
Employee Movement
• All employee movements are controlled, recorded and reported
• Manning guide is planned, implemented and controlled at all times
• Recruitment is done in timely manner, interviews are arranged and followed up
• All paperwork for new stars and resigning stars are done as per standard of the resort and government regulations
Star care
• Star care program is in place and star care manager is assigned
• Weekly star care reports are sent out to the management
• Star care standards are follow up strictly
• All stars are insured at all times as per company regulations
Administration & Reporting
• Manning guide, human resources budget and plan is prepared for the yearly budget according to the business development and strategy
• Monthly reports for management, government tax officials and insurances are sent out in time
• Monthly payroll is prepared, accurate and in time as per company standard and government regulations
• Employee files are updated, controlled and accurate at all times
• Disciplinary action is taken and reported according to the company regulations
Other duties are performed as assigned by the Head of Management
