KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Cover broad HR function for Vietnam team.• Develop & implement HR policies to support the delivery of key business objectives including employee retention & engagement, company revenue generation.• Be the point of contact for day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance to current legislation, policies and procedures.• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a memorable candidate experience.• Conduct periodic 1-on-1 session to understand employees’ needs and come out with suggestions to address their concerns.• Provide consultation & guidance on performance reviews, improvement plans, disciplinaries and the appraisal process.• Manage the annual pay review process, in consultation with regional HR partners.• Oversee administration of all employee files and records.• Employees travel bookings and records.• Organise staff related events and activities.• Support Admin & Operations Manager on general office administration e.g., pantry, office supplies, etc. when needed.

WHO YOU ARE: • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or other fields.• Min. 3 years of equivalent experience.• Strong people & team leadership skills.• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure delivery on deadlines.• Adaptability in a dynamic and fast paced environment.• Strong knowledge of current employment legislation principles keeping knowledge up to date.• Bilingual in both English and Vietnamese.• Occasional travelling is required.
