1. Managing and operating the entire human resources of the Group's Hotel/ Resort.
2. Developing human resource plans, policies and guide the implementation according to the Group's guidelines.
3. Developing annual headcount plans and control the implementation of recruitment plans of Hotel/ Resort.
4. Developing, managing, controlling and implementing annual, quarterly and monthly training plans suitable for each Hotel/ Resort of the Group.
5. Presiding over the building and implementation of corporate culture.
6. Advise the Board of Directors on personnel issues.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
I. Professional qualifications/Degrees: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Psychology / Law / Business Administration.
II. Professional background:
- At least 03 years of experience at the same position in 4-5 star hotel chains in Vietnam (at least 5 properties).
- Strong in hospitality operations, policy development and implementation.
III. Other Requirements and Skills:
- YOB: between 1977 - 1988
- Having vision, strategic thinking, business acumen.
- Influencing, inspiring
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage, lead, make decisions.
- High sense of responsibility, independence and creativity in work. Know how to orient and promote the team's capacity for common goals.
- Fluently in English
