1. Compensation & Benefit
• Responsible for entire payroll process, statutory compliance & disbursement of salary on time
• Monitor works of Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance. Liaise with external vendors to supervise and check the insurance matters for the employees
• Complete all reports for external authorities such as Social Insurance Dept, Molisa, Tax Department and internal report system
• Improving labour contracts of all types for our team members
• Improving company policies to ensure the team performs to a high standard
2. Recruitment
• Generating innovative ideas for recruitment campaigns and job adverts
• Source and screen candidates for ongoing hiring positions
• Plan and arrange interviews, tests and scoring
• Process professionally entrance procedure for new staff & employee orientation
3. Employee relations
• Plan and implement internal events
• In charge of company announcement and notice
• Compile and update employee records on the HR management system
• Answer inquiries from employees regarding company's policy and HR procedure
• Building and maintaining a strong culture of great team morale, cohesiveness and high-performance
4. Contract Drafting & Revision
• Drafting, consulting and reviewing commercial contracts as well as making comments, revising and supplementing contract terms accordingly.
• Drafting all internal legal documents including Decisions/Resolutions/Deeds, HR Contracts/Agreements, NDA, Regulations/Rules and other legal documents.
5. Legal counsel and procedures
• Regularly reviewing, updating and amending the policies and regulations of the Company and ensuring the internal policies and regulations are complied.
• Conducting legal research regarding domestic, foreign and international legal documents; updating documents related to the company's operation to provide legal counsel related to the company's business model.
• Carrying out legal procedures regarding intellectual property rights, company registration procedures, investment procedures, etc.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University degree in Human Resources, Law or related major
• At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and C&B
• Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
• An innovative and creative approach to problem solving
• A desire to learn and grow your skills and responsibilities as the company expands
• Knowledge of English language to a professional standard
