I. Position Overview
The Human Resources Team Leader is responsible for managing the hotel’s HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and compliance. This role ensures that HR practices support the hotel’s strategic goals and foster a positive, professional, and productive working environment.
II. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, select, and onboard qualified candidates.
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key hotel positions.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs for staff at all levels.
Monitor onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Promote a positive work environment through communication, recognition, and feedback.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a professional and fair manner.
Lead employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
Performance Management
Support departments in setting KPIs and conducting performance appraisals.
Provide guidance on performance improvement and career development plans.
Ensure the performance review process is timely, fair, and constructive.
Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll, benefits, and employee incentives in coordination with Finance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Recommend adjustments to compensation structures as needed to remain competitive.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal and company requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation for auditing and reporting.
Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations, health & safety, and social insurance.
HR Reporting & Strategic Planning
Prepare monthly HR reports on headcount, turnover, training, and other key metrics.
Contribute to HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Support the General Manager and leadership team with HR insights and recommendations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
-Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
-High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
-Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
-Good command of English; Korean is a plus.
