IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY:General sourcing and purchasing of non-production material, negotiations and the order process for materialsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Sourcing local suppliers for non-production materials/ indirect materials and make sure it follows global sourcing procedure• Negotiating with suppliers to get the best conditions• Creating and sending purchase orders for non-production/indirect materials and services• Discussing and following up with suppliers to meet Q-C-D-S (Quality - Cost - Delivery - Service)• Being responsible for to verifying suppliers’ invoices, collecting and parking supplier’s invoices to make sure month-end closing running smoothly then and submit all necessary documents to Finance for payment process• Evaluating KPIs for monthly supplier performance, build and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor their performance to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business need.• Regular renewal of the standard quotation, identify cost savings opportunities• Annual rebate, annual negotiation, annual review the contract with suppliers• Collaborating with cross functional team and follow up with suppliers to solve for order issues (quality, delivery….)• Participating in problem solving activities.• Collaborating a support in activities and promoting the organizations Continuous Improvement strategy• Being responsible for managing all capital expenditures approved in Onventis and go through the approval flow as DoA• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned

EDUCATION: Graduated from College/ University (prefer with Economic major)EXPERIENCE: At least 1-2 years' experience in similar position at foreign manufacturing company, experience in Automotive industry is preferred.OTHER:• Personality: Good communicator, Assertive, Drive, Fair, Patient, Responsible• Be good at written and spoken English• Must adopt a practical approach towards work• Be good at problem solving skills, negotiation skills• Ability to perform his/her work diligently and with the minimum of supervision• Knowledge of computer applications, MS Office, especially Excel• Knowledge in SAP MM/FI is an asset
