Quality Control / Testing: - Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality andfunctionality of software.- Identify, document, and track bugs or issues in a bug-tracking system.- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirementsand ensure test coverage.- Perform regression, functional, and performance testing on variousapplications.- Validate that software meets functional specifications and businessrequirements.Documentation & report:- Update task status and weekly report to submit to line manager - Update SIT and process during testing into Knowlegde based system when being assigned

Qualification and Experience RequirementEducation:• Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in IT or business-related fieldsExperience:• Having experience 3 years in the similar position like QC or tester• Experience in Life Insurance is an advantage.Skills: Soft skills• Basic understanding of software development and testing life cycles.• Familiarity with manual testing tools; knowledge of automation tools is a plus.• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.• Good communication and teamwork skills.• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
