1. Position Purpose:- Based on exact knowledge of market and customer’s growing, channels sales develop in order to fulfil the target given by the company. 2. Key Accountabilities and Main Activities: 2.1. To work for Account/Channels Management:- Turnover management (sell-in: mobile, tablet and accessories)- Sell-thru / sell-out monitoring to make sure in contribution for sales growth at assigned channels/ accounts (direct- in-direct)/areas.- Manage retail KPIs and doing execution at assigned channels/accounts/areas.- Manage in house share target as assigned channels/accounts/areas.- Increase portion of Samsung products in customer’s portfolio.2.2. Following the sales operation jobs at assigned accounts/areas:- Planning and doing execution in collaboration with Retail team for the display at shops.- Manage field team: Sales sup/Sales Reps at the assigned areas.- Deployment well sales promotion program to the fields/accounts.2.3. WOS (week of sales)/Bad Stock Management:- Management of sell-out report by gathering market information from field /customers.- Support to AP1 forecast based on accounts PSI information.- Responsible for managing healthy level of stocks/inventory at accounts / channels.2.4. Order & Delivery Management:- Keep contact with SCM coordinator to get necessary information in time for stocks supply.- Responsible for in-time delivery in line with sales order desk/Logistic team.2.5. Sales opportunity development: - Find opportunity with analysis of competitor and market.- Find opportunity with new services or new products development.2.6. Customers relationship building:- Keep contact with customer and leveraging the relationship.- Fast feedback to the customer ‘s concern.- Responsible for customer’s evaluation.2.7. AR Management:- Responsible for clearing AR/managing the payment status (in case) 3. Key Performance Criteria/MBO:- Turnover- Display share at accounts.- Sell-out monitoring/target achievement.- IHS management (In house share).- Bad stocks & WOS management.- Premium sales target delivery by the company.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience 5 year+ in sales management/Consumer Electronics products is preferred.- Channels/Accounts management experience is required.- Sales field/team management skill.- Typically requires: having related experience for biz/sales management and a Bachelor's degree- Good English communication
