1. Seek and developing the new customers to expand the business + Research the market to seek new Key Accounts information and building up the relationship with them to offer services.+ Cooperate with the internal and external partners to develop the business with new Key Customers. 2. Build up relationship with potential Key accounts to execute strategic plan of the company + Build up relationship and follow up with potential Key accounts assigned by the company+ Respond to inquiries and handle requests from the client+ Coordinate with internal department to propose solutions, quotation & SOP as clients' request 3. Customer services & operation monitoring - Monitor operations teams to ensure the best service that meets customer expectations.- Create customer oriented mind KA.- Ensure to solve problems from Key customers and on time provide the solutions effectively. 4. Compliance assurance and operational efficiency Compliance Assurance - Follow up the company's policy by yourself & comply with it. - Ensure to make proper SOP & instruct the colleagues to follow it. - Ensure accuracy in pricing (Approve pricing before start business)Operational Efficiency- Improve the efficiency of work - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all supporting departments.- Coordinate with related departments (CS, OPS, LOG, ACC) to ensure timely information.- Create goods cooperation with branch offices for sales activities.- Make support/backup system in teamTimeliness and accuracy on report- On-time reporting 5. Improve your own capacity - Build up solidarity, mutual support within team and company- Self study to skill up and self- improvement.- Join all training programs.

Education background, experience requirements: - Graduated from College or University on Foreign Trade, Import Export, Logistic, SCM, Customs, Economic or related major. - At least two years' experience as a key account executive, sales executive or similar. Knowledge: - Graduated from College or University on Foreign Trade, Import Export, Logistic, SCM, Customs, Economic or related major. Competency, Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships - Excellent problem-solving & analysis skills. - Self-confidence and decision-making abilities. - Customer-focused with a strong customer service orientation. - Intermediate English proficiency. Another language (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, etc.) is a benefit point. - Organizational and time-management skills.
