Job Overview:
The Laundry Attendant ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the Laundry Department by handling guest garments, staff uniforms, and hotel linens with care and according to Park Hyatt’s luxury standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold linens, uniforms, and guest garments as per standard procedures.
- Operate laundry machines, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Support the team in meeting productivity and quality targets.
- Uphold Park Hyatt’s brand promise through professional service and attention to detail.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred (especially in a luxury hotel or resort).
- Basic knowledge of laundry operations, equipment, and chemicals.
- Attention to detail, good teamwork, and time management skills.
- Ability to work shifts and perform physical tasks efficiently.
- Service-minded with a positive attitude.
