Legal and Compliance Manager (Securities)

Legal due diligence for the signing of contracts of the Company; legal assessment management for documents and records in service of the Company's business and operations. Legal due diligence for new products and services of the Company. Building a system of legal documents serving the Company's business activities and updating legal documents to the Departments/Departments. Monitoring compliance with the law at the Company. Implement and control all information disclosure documents according to regulations and related documents to the License to operate, is the focal point to connect with the state management agencies in the field stock. Coordinating with the Professional Department to participate in Vocational Finance Consulting Projects for Company's customers (M&A consulting, business restructuring). Participating in the resolution of complaints, disputes and other related matters of the Company to the legal aspect. Participating in the Labor Disciplinary Action Council (if any) at the Company. Summary report on amendments, influential contents of legal documents recently promulgated, archives legal documents and documents issued by the Legal & Compliance Department onion. Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
