- Prepare for daily VIP arrivals, including room allocations, amenities, and special requests.
- Ensure VIP welcome drinks and setup (mise-en-place) are perfectly prepared.
- Handle VIP check-in/check-out efficiently, discreetly, and professionally.
- Personally escort VIP guests to their rooms.
- Maintain accurate guest information in the system and monitor occupancy and VIP movements.
- Provide warm, attentive service and resolve guest complaints swiftly across departments.
- Maintain proactive contact with guests, including daily courtesy calls to VIP rooms.
- Coordinate special touches like bouquets or cakes for anniversaries and birthdays.
- Inspect VIP rooms after amenity placement and re-announce details to Housekeeping and F&B.
- Review daily guest feedback and take direct action to improve services
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Prior experience in Guest Relations, Lobby Host, or Front Office within a luxury hotel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and a natural ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Confidence in handling VIP guests, sensitive situations, and high expectations.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate seamlessly across various departments.
