1. Managing and Developing Retail Leasing Operations:
- Responsible for planning and executing retail leasing strategies to maximize revenue and achieve full occupancy of the building’s retail spaces.
- In-depth knowledge of the retail market in Vietnam, especially in Hanoi, with a strong database and contacts with retailers, major brands, and market players.
- Analyze the market, determine pricing, and plan retail leasing in alignment with customer trends and demands.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential retailers, enhancing satisfaction and ensuring long-term customer retention.
- Negotiate retail leasing terms with clients, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
- Analyze business performance and develop crisis management strategies as needed.
3. Business Development:
- Identify and approach new retailers, build and implement strategies to attract reputable brands.
- Monitor and analyze retail market trends, proposing new strategies to maintain and expand market share.
4.Sales Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage the retail leasing sales team, ensuring the team’s efficiency and success in meeting leasing goals.
- Set and monitor business targets, ensuring the team meets its objectives.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on leasing activities, revenue, and key performance indicators to the management, highlighting factors that could impact costs and business strategy.
- Conduct financial and market analyses to support management and investment decisions.
6. Other Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Board.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement marketing activities and provide customer support.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on legal changes related to retail leasing.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields (Real Estate Management, Economics, Business Administration).
• At least 10 years of experience in retail leasing, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a management position.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Deep understanding of the retail market and consumer trends.
• Financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Proficient in real estate management software and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Korean is an advantage.
