Manual QA/QC Engineer

As a Manual QC Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Test Case Development: Design, document, and execute comprehensive test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications to ensure that all software functionality is thoroughly validated. Test Planning: Develop and maintain detailed test plans that outline the scope, objectives, resources, schedule, and methodologies for testing activities across projects. Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing to ensure software functionality and performance align with business requirements and standards. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to identify, document, and resolve software defects. Agile Contribution: Participate in Agile delivery processes, contributing to project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for large-scale initiatives. Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis on defects and provide actionable recommendations for improvements. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of test cases, results, and defects, ensuring clarity and traceability for future reference. Automation Support: While focusing on manual testing, support automation efforts by writing Python scripts and familiarizing yourself with tools such as Selenium and Appium (preferred). Effective Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing progress and defect statuses.
