- Report for duty at the time specified on the departmental roster, wearing the full company uniform and name badge correctly.
- Demonstrate efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and the highest standard of social and communication skills.
- Handle guest luggage carefully by transporting it from the vehicle to the luggage trolley, ensuring all items are treated with care.
- Coordinate with taxi services to provide fast and efficient transportation for hotel guests.
- Manage and coordinate traffic flow along the hotel driveway.
- Ensure the main entrance, driveway, and car park are kept clear, organized, and clean at all times.
- Recognize and warmly welcome regular guests, returning guests, Meliá Rewards members, and VIPs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the city to confidently provide directions and recommendations to guests.
- Record all significant matters and occurrences in the Duty Log on a daily basis.
- Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by superiors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
