MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To achieve the targets set by General Manager/ Director of Revenue in Business Plan
• To coordinate with Revenue Management team to manage Hotel room inventory/ rates to maximize/generate revenue
• To ensure accurate information of the hotel on website, OTAs on a weekly basis
• To monitor rate parity between the brand website and contracted OTAs, in coordination with Revenue Management team
• To analyse and to participate in different Global/ Regional/ Destination campaigns and promotions throughout the year
• To coordinate with Regional E-Commerce Manager to involve Hotel in Digital Marketing activities
• To monitor competitor’s rates/packages on daily basis and propose ideals/offers/packages to be implemented to maintain market share
• To monitor hotel positioning and maintain best positions in OTAs
• To initiate and implement new concepts to optimize revenue from OTAs
• To manage the on-going relationship with assigned OTAs partners including daily communication, periodic formal account wellness checks and on-going revenue tracking
• To stay abreast of industry trends by attending industry conferences and seeking out advanced distribution knowledge
• To be able to adapt to industry changes as maybe from time to time if necessary
• To submit monthly plans and reports according to deadlines
• To maintain and update E-Commerce database monthly and send a copy to Revenue Director/ Manager
• To attend the Business Review meeting as and when required
• To follow the company’s “Code of Business Conduct”, as well as other policies & procedures
• To protect company’s reputation, ensure all the behaviours are complied with laws & regulations
• To perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner to achieve department objectives and any assignment by the Hotel management, Melia Hotels International, and/or his/her immediate supervisor

University degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Hotel Management, Tourism related education or equivalent
English, Vietnamese

Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position in international hotels or companies with same category
