- OPERATIONS
Ø Execute the tasks in compliance with the rules, processes and procedures of hotel administration.
Ø Supervise the movement of goods within the hotel, both at the time of reception and during their journey through the hotel until they are consumed.
Ø Overseeing the inventory process, as well as carrying out control inventories.
Ø Prepare different reports for the area: cost reports (Flash Report), report on slow-moving items, stock turnover, updating of cost breakdowns and consumption analysis, among others.
Ø Identify and propose improvements that optimise efficiency in their workplace.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Ø Be knowledgeable of the Brand philosophy and comply with the standards, operational and identity manuals that apply to their department.
Ø Ensure the customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Ø Deal with customer incidents, communicating the actions taken to the person in charge. Escalate the incident to the person in charge if a solution cannot be found.
Ø Be knowledgeable of the Voice of the Customer goals and to execute the necessary actions to achieve them.
Ø Support their manager with the Sensory Architecture established for their areas.
Ø Be knowledgeable and promote the hotel’s services and facilities as well as the entertainment programme, experiences and events.
HEALTH & SAFETY// HEALTHY WORKPLACE
Ø Be knowledgeable of the hotel’s evacuation plan.
Ø Be knowledgeable of the personal protective equipment and use it correctly.
Ø Be knowledgeable of the methods, work procedures and risks inherent to their activity.
Ø Assume the responsibilities assigned in the Occupational Health and Safety Management System Manual.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University education in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or similar.
- Specific knowledge: accounting, management and control.
- Knowledge of commercial operations and invoicing.
- Knowledge of the different computer programs will be valued: PMS, SAP, and other cost control programmes.
- Tool management: Office package.
- Knowledge of hotel operations.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
