- Achieve assigned MICE revenue targets through new client acquisition and existing client retention.
- Develop strategic approaches and build potential client portfolio.
- Maximize hotel revenue and profitability through MICE packages.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs on MICE revenue, conversion rates, and average contract value.
- Provide high-level professional consultation for all MICE clients.
- Develop creative and competitive MICE packages.
- Conduct professional site inspections and venue assessments.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the journey from consultation to event completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, associations, and partners.
- Implement regular client engagement activities.
- Develop effective client retention strategies.
- Handle client feedback and requests professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and related departments.
- Ensure event setup and operations meet resort's premium standards.
- Monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction.
- Effectively manage and coordinate resources for MICE events.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in MICE sales at premium resorts.
- In-depth knowledge of MICE market and hospitality industry trends.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under high pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with corporate clients.
- Experience in organizing large-scale events is an advantage.
- Understanding of resort event management procedures.
- Fluently in English written & verbal communication.
- Have personal laptop.
