Middle QC Engineer (QA QC)

As a Middle QC Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our product quality. You will collaborate closely with both junior and senior team members, guiding junior QC engineers and contributing to a high-performing QA team. Your expertise will help us implement and execute robust test strategies while optimizing our QA/QC practices.1. Quality Control Process: Focus on the quality control of the in-house FFM and WMS systems. Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to understand and resolve tasks. Integrate implemented features with developers and ensure timely task completion. Document tasks thoroughly, including test reports Rate of expectations from 90 to 100%2. Team Building: Guide and mentor Junior QC Engineers to enhance their skills and performance.
