Mô Tả Công Việc
This position will work independently and report to Team Leader:
• Review and check the issues at the contracts before starting the business;
• Finding the difference between the liability of the contracts, and guide how to synchronize that;
• Contract Status Stability Review (Non-contract pre-operation, Contract structural flaws, etc..);
• Handling all matters related to corporate legal and compliance;
• Carrying out legal works related to establishment of new companies, business registration, trademark registration etc.;
• Working and liaising with legal consultants and local authorities on all corporate legal issues;
• Drafting, reviewing and amending letters, documents, contracts and agreements being signed by the Company;
• Reviewing and standardizing Company's policies as well as ensuring its implementation in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations;
• Providing support and legal consultation to other Departments;
• Filing and controlling all corporate legal documents and solving any corporate legal issues;
• Studying, translating and updating new laws and regulations related to the Company's business activities;
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Leader.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Graduated from University of Law.
• Good command of English.
• At least 03 years of legal in-house experience (ICT is an advantage).
• Obtaining lawyer certificate is an advantage.
• Good communication skill.
