Sales:
* Taking responsibility for Site inspection
* Sending daily report to Sales team
* Following up the contracts (receiving the contract from Sales/guests & submitting to so DOSM to sign, doing stamp on it & sending it back to Sales/ guests..).
* Supporting Meeting & Event Sales Manager to make the Banquet Event Order for small & simple events/meetings to send all departments.
* Supporting Meeting & Event Sales Manager to take care of any requirements (set-up style, menu, ...) from Mice groups.
* Supporting Head sales from HCM /HN to check any requests with operation teams & block functions on Banquet Forecast.
* Supporting Meeting & Event Sales Manager to finalize amount (Pro-forma invoice) & Chasing payment with the organizer of TA/ the end-user of Corp after group check out.
* Updating changes of Mice groups to relating departments after receiving hand-over groups from Sales HCM/HN.
* Providing the proposal quote of simple Events/Meeting (without rooms) for guests via email/phone.
* Welcoming & saying goodbye to Mice groups at the lobby.
Event:
Work closely with Food and Beverage Department to:
- Ensure everything is in order during the event planning process.
- Manage all event set up, tear down and follow-up processes.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client's standards.
- Assess an event's overall success and submit findings.
Other Responsibilities:
• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
• Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management

Knowledge and Experience
• Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management/Events Management • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
