Responsible for Saigon Binh Chau daily shift operations and supervision of staff. Position assists with promoting the hotel, bar, events space, menu planning, maintains standards, assists servers on the floor during peak periods and manages property liquor inventories and controls. Strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Accountable for enforcing all legal obligations professionally and consistently. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan. Strengthens the food and beverage/culinary team by assisting in other outlets when needed.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum of 2 years hotel-bar-event related experience working in Asia (Thailand, Hongkong and Shanghai) is essential, with a preference given to experience in Vietnam
• F & B experience is an added plus
• Well developed leadership and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Developing and leading a strong management team
• 2+ years experience at Operations Manager
