• Handle telephone calls from guests and other departments.
• Control lost and found items.
• Check whether the guests have left the hotel, if not, leave a message for items to be claimed.
• Pass on messages and inquiries between floor staffs and other departments.
• Issue keys only to authorized persons and keep control by a key record book. The key box should be checked at the end of each shift to ensure that all keys are returned. A handing over is needed.
• Inspect the nature of complaints and determine an appropriate respond and contact the supervisor for taking appropriate action.
• Offer guests items for borrowing. Keeping record of borrowed items and mark when returned. Checking items to ensure that functionality and cleanliness.
• Control stocks of housekeeping.
• Hand in the attendance record to the executive housekeeper daily for follow-up if needed.
• Be in charge of sundries, mini-bar and beverage supplies store.
• Collect all requisition slips from floor supervisors.
• Calculate and type up the requisitions.
• Issue requisitions to the general storeroom for preparation.
• Inform the executive housekeeper if anything is out of stock.
• Administer all concerns for the housekeeping department, i.e. storeroom requisitions, purchase requisition, beverage requisitions, uniform requisitions, annual vacation forms, accident reports, duty rosters, attendance report, inter – office correspondence and etc.
• Administer the monthly report for all housekeeping concerns to the accounting department, i.e. babysitting, mending service massage service, linen inventory, laundry inventory, flower and plant inventory, and ashtray and tumbler inventory.
• Be compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least Bachelor degree in any field.
• At least 2 year experience in secretary or in housekeeping department.
• Good in inter-personality.
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of computer.
