- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, transfers, and resignations.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, work permits, and HR documentation.
- Oversee annual performance reviews, insurance administration, and internal communications.
- Support recruitment, update job descriptions, and maintain HR operational guidelines.
- Monitor the work environment and escalate improvement insights to senior leadership.
- Manage remuneration practices, salary benchmarking, and conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate employee engagement, social activities, and staff accommodation.
- Collaborate with Finance on payroll and produce regular HR reports.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar HR role within hospitality.
- Essential knowledge and experience working with Vietnamese labor laws.
- Strong multi-tasking and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an analytical and solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and practical under pressure and tight deadlines.
