- The Pool server welcomes guests to our pool area and on the beach, providing an exceptional guest experience dining service during the guest's stay.
- This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during the dining, plus responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest need, adding personal recommendation and aligning with Four-season service standard.
- This is a part of Food & Beverage department, reporting into the Outlet Manager
