Product Owner (Blockchain, AI)

Role Overview As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in shaping our products by defining requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders and development teams. You will be responsible for maximizing the value of our products by maintaining a clear product vision and roadmap. Key Responsibilities Serve for several high-impact deliverables, driving product vision, requirements, prioritization, and collaboration across teams to deliver meaningful solutions. Product Vision & Roadmap: Define product vision, set priorities, create a roadmap, and establish clear objectives for the technology team. Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with stakeholders to capture concepts, ensure requirements are clear, meaningful, and logically consistent. Requirement Analysis & Validation: Analyze business needs, identify necessary features, create detailed requirements, and validate them with stakeholders (including counterparts in Japan). Documentation & User Flows: Produce detailed documentation (logic, user flows, user stories) to ensure smooth handover to the Development team and alignment with stakeholder ideas. Backlog Management: Groom and prioritize the backlog, balancing requests and pushing back when necessary to maintain focus on impactful outcomes. Collaboration & Delivery: Partner with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to align on release plans, manage expectations, and address blockers. Agile Practices: Actively facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies (Quarterly Planning, Grooming, Iteration Planning, Daily Scrums, Retrospectives). Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and user feedback to identify improvements and drive continuous enhancements. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in insurance and user experience.
