Mô Tả Công Việc
- Partner with stakeholders and users across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
- Develop, own, and execute product roadmap based on this vision
- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
- Market and competitor research.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, IT or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years experience as a product owner in the related industry
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes. PSPO certification is preferred
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Learning Design is an asset
- Technical background with knowledge of mobile app development and web technologies is preferred
- In-depth understanding of Ed-tech or Game industry market conditions and trends
- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Fluency in English.

Working time: 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Saturday morning (Saturday morning working online)
