About the job:Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing environment, including ERP implementation, production process digitalization, inventory management, traceability systems, and integration of IT systems with on-site operations.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and monitor digital transformation projects such as ERP (e.g. SAP, Odoo), MES, WMS, DMS, traceability systems, and QA/QC automation in manufacturing.
Work closely with departments such as Production, Inventory, Finance, HR, and Quality to gather business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
Act as the bridge between internal teams and external vendors/consultants during solution design, customization, testing, and deployment.
Manage project budgets, timelines, scope, and risks. Ensure alignment with business goals at every project milestone.
Organize user training sessions and develop SOPs, user manuals, and support documentation for system operation.
Track and analyze post-implementation metrics (e.g. ROI, production KPIs, automation levels) and recommend further optimizations.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing digital transformation or IT implementation projects in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations (e.g. mass production, batch processing, quality control, maintenance, supply chain).
Hands-on experience with systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, or other factory-focused platforms.
Proficient in project management (budgeting, scheduling, risk control); PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Strong communication skills, especially in translating business needs into technical requirements.
Good English proficiency (spoken & written) – especially for working with international vendors and reading documentation.
