POSITION SUMMARY:
Clean and service the assigned public areas according to established quality standards and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure working knowledge of all hotel public areas.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are completed in a routine and timely manner.
- Respond to emergencies effectively and efficiently.
- Liaise with PA Supervisor in relation to chemical usage, problems or rectification suggestions.
- Contribute to Housekeeping Departmental Meetings and trainings.
- Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs.
- Maintain Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests.
- Assist guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their requests.
- Complete tasks as directed by Management.
- Refer major complaints to management.
- Operate equipment safety and sensibly.
- Maintain stock levels.
- Recycle where possible.
- Work in line with business requirements.
- Complete other tasks which assigned by the leader.

ABILITIES / KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS:
- Good communication skills.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATES / EXPERIENCE:
- Primary Education or equivalent.
- Some housekeeping experience.
