Position Summary
Responsibilities
Ensure that all laundry charges for the day are posted into the Point of Sale System and operated correctly.
Identify and correct any errors
Fully support the Departmental Training Function in the Department assigned.
Conduct quarter inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Company's policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety
Be a hand on Manager and be present at all times in the place of work, especially during busy periods.
Have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned.
Establish and strictly adhere to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies, inventoried items, and to ensure that the work place is adequately equipped.
Maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff in the outlet, Engineering and all other departments.
Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
Ensure that the work place is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
Control departmental costs including labor, dry cleaning supplies, yet ensuring services rendered to the guests are of the highest standards.
Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, Departmental and Company trainings scheduled and other related activities.
Complete any other task as assigned by the manager
Adhere strictly to the established operating expenses and ensure that all costs are controlled.
Assign responsibilities to subordinates, implementing Multi-Tasking principle and to check their performance periodically.

- Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Good communication and problem-solving skills. Understanding of clothes material and, laundry machine operation, hotel laundry system and administration.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the Vietnam language and English both verbally and nonverbally.
- Knowledge in computer skills and MS Office Applications.
- Vocational School Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years in Assistant Laundry Manager position
