- Execute purchasing activities for goods (machine, spare part) and service (construction, maintenance, etc) for Company- Search for, evaluate and select suitable suppliers- Analyse work spec (read drawing, workload breakdown), Negotiate price, contract terms and monitor delivery schedule.- Manage purchase orders.- Collaborate with other Depts to ensure timely and efficient supply of goods- Work with forwarders for proper import of goods- VA activities for cost reduction- Check payment request and deal with overdue risks- Improve routine job continuously

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from university in Technology (Electric/ Automation/ Mechanic). Have certificate in economics also is preferred.- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Good analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel). Can use Python or other tool for purchasing is an advantage- Detail-oriented, careful.- Good in English communication.
