- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Conduct interviews in English to assess candidates' qualifications and language proficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager to support the overall team’s operations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent English speaking skills (required for interviewing and candidate assessment).
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in recruiting for the sales/customer service industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: At our office (Ho Chi Minh City or Danang) or work remotely (optional).
- Part-time or full-time availability. Working hours: 10 PM - 7 AM (full-time) or 10 PM - 2 AM (part-time).
