• To make sure that room allocation and rates are in accordance with the request and confirmation.
• To maintain good performance of reservation area.
• To carefully read the logbook and do the necessary follow up as required.
• To be fully knowledgeable of the Reservation Standard Service Procedure.
• Ensure that VIP, Corporate Guest, Loyalty Programs, Return Guest … are recognized properly and rooms are allocated as required.
• To update the reservations filing such as corporate rates, contract rates and special rates.
• Be thoroughly knowledgeable of all hotel facilities and Food & Beverage outlets and their time of operation.
• Following the required Telephone Courtesy
• To refer any guest complaint or misunderstanding to your supervisor and management and follow up all guest request and complaint and to establish preventive actions from future recurrence
• To respect all hotel property and to minimize wastage
• To maintain good working relationship other departments. Travel Agents and Corporate Contacts.
• Maximize using guest name
• To regularly check the groups block and release the space if not materialized to support Reservation Supervisor
• To be familiar with PMS, GDS, Channel manager … to support revenue in manage inventory.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience in a similar position at 5 star/ 4 star Hotel more than 3 year
Ability to work in a computer based, multi-task environment.
Fluently English.
OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Must be familiar with all hotels procedures, regulations.
• Strong work ethic
