• To lead and manage all relevant incoming FIT and GIT booking requests from A – Z in.
• Manage all relevant Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and communicate accordingly to relevant operational team members in conjunction with Director of Sales and Reservation.
• When time allows, proactively organize and conduct monthly telemarketing calls to group related corporate, agencies and organizations.
• When time allows, support the Director of Sales and Reservation in discovering and maintaining relationships with key group business partners.
• Support in driving maximum revenues of preferred hotel rate/package products by applying relevant selling strategy guided by the Director of Sales and Reservation.
• Proactively promote all outlet of the resort.
• Support the Director of Sales and Reservation with initiatives and ideas how to promote group room business and event business.
• Always act with urgency to any booking requests while always paying attention to details.
• Conduct site inspections related to group room/event business to support awareness of our products and to secure the business.
• Develop and maintain a solid motivated and engaged reservation team to ensure the reservation department can maximize any relevant business opportunities.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting as requested by Director of Sales and Reservation.
• Utilize the rate strategy/structure provided by Director of Sales and Reservation. Be empowered to take rate decisions to not lose a booking.
• Always ensure the reservation team has the latest updated promos and rate structures and follows the “selling” guidance by the Director of Sales and Reservation.
• Be skilled in utilizing yielding opportunities to maximize room inventory.
• Work with Revenue Executive for assessing, analyzing and pricing FIT, GIT and F&B business strategies.
• Ensure all related reservation systems/tools are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity.
• Ensure the website booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
• Work in liaison with the resort communication and sales departments as a team.
• Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc…) points in the reservation system.
• Work with the Revenue Executive and the Director of Sales and Reservation for month end reporting.
• Any other reasonable requests made by the Director of Sales and Reservation.
• Conduct reservation related trainings for the reservation team.
• Daily, weekly check and overlook inventory, forecast especially high demand periods to make sure not miss chance to maximize OCC, REV
• In conjunction with FOM in room assignment (do not move) in advance for special room assignment requests
• Ensure all requests of arrivals are accommodated and special requests are well highlighted to related departments.
• In conjunction with Revenue Team, take care rate code update and rate breakdown.
• In conjunction with Director of Sales and Reservation, prepare and implement training Department SOP if required.
• Promote and conduct upsell strategies/opportunities within the reservation team.
