- Efficiently manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure a seamless dining flow.
- Assist with special guest requests and specific dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on all menu items, daily specials, and promotional events.
- Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and service regulations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Secondary school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to high standards.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for handling reservations and POS systems.
- Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move throughout the venue.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a distinct advantage.
