Reports to: Restaurant Manager
Position Level: Staff level
The Restaurant Reception the first person of the restaurant and handle all reservation for operation for entrance of the restaurant, for example:
• Greeting customer upon arrival at the main restaurant and assist them.
• Assisting customers with the planning and booking also controlling their reservations.
• Handling cash, credit transaction with customer.
• Supporting the other staffs at the main restaurant and assuring that their operations run efficiently.
• Waitress work (sometimes)
• Working Hours: 10:30am – 2:00 pm / 4:30pm – 9:00pm
Perform other duties assigned by Restaurant Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
• Multitasking ability, ability to pay attention details and customer service skill
• Strong communication and problem-solving skill
• International resort or hotel experienced is preferred.
