Retail Senior Merchandise (English required)

The successful candidate will oversee the below activities- In charge of building the strategic buying plan for the assigned category.- Market research, historical data analysis.- Monitor and analyze business performance.- Merchandise allocation.- Inventory Management.- Plan and deliver merchandise to stores across Vietnam.Detail Job Descriptions- Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends.- Propose items to buy (style, type, design, quantity, etc) based on review and budget.- Follow closely sales seasons, events, and new arrivals of the market to optimize stock level.- Prepare analytical reports, presentations of the brand when needed frequently.- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.- Monitor and apply various merchandising methods and ensure increase in productivity.- Analyze sales figures, customer reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.- Work closely with operations in order to receive new shipments.- For retail: Manage product allocation to stores, and monitor item replenishment in order to ensure product availability in stores.- Master file management.- Collect data, analyze and monitor inventory on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. - Other: Support global procurement initiatives and deliver solutions to improve and streamline the processes.
