The company is committed to collaborating with experts to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences.Website: https://karofiglobal.com/Workplace: Indonesia / Philippines / Thailand / MalaysiaJob Description- Manage daily operations of the store network in the local market (Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia…).- Conduct regular Retail Audits to ensure stores operate in compliance with Karofi standards.- Monitor inventory, sales, performance metrics, and promotional activities at each point of sale.- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.- Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to implement sales promotion programs.- Propose operational improvements and contribute to the store network expansion plan.- Support team building and point-of-sale development during the initial stage.- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly operational reports to the team in Vietnam.Why Join Karofi- Income: Competitive salary & full support package: 30–45 million VND/month.- International career growth: Become a key member in Karofi’s expansion across Southeast Asian markets.- Opportunity to experience diverse cultures and expand your global exposure, while spending at least 1 week per month in Vietnam.- Flexible working schedule: Primarily based in the local market, with regular travel to Vietnam.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male/Female, aged 25–35, willingness to work abroad long-term (1–2 years)- At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry, having managed a chain of 5 or more stores, or experience in Retail Audit and retail operations inspection.- Experience in managing retail stores (electronics, home appliances, FMCG, fashion...)- English communication – Intermediate or better- Ability to train and supervise the sales team.- Strong sense of responsibility and readiness to take on new challenges.- Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.- Mindset: “Customer Orientation, Commitment to Excellence, and Continuous Innovation.”
