Panasonic Sales Vietnam is seeking a Sales Admin Executive to join our team in Hanoi. The key responsibilities and qualifications for this role are as follows:1. Product and Inventory Management:• Negotiate with the NPP/Sales team to ensure sufficient product availability.• Control SMS to maintain a healthy inventory.• Coordinate with the factory to ensure timely deliveries based on PSI data and schedule.2. Payment and Delivery Coordination:• Ensure timely payments and accelerate delivery by collaborating with Accounting and SCM departments.3. Promotions and Reporting:• Ensure all promotional announcements and reports align with company policies.• Collaborate with internal/external departments to execute promotions correctly.• Monitor promotional implementation and manage administrative tasks related to promotions.4. Data and System Management:• Key PSI data into the system, ensuring accuracy.• Extract monthly reports from the MERP system and provide support for any mobile app errors.5. Factory and Sales Coordination:• Track the actual quantity of goods each month nationwide. • Make Additional PO to factory as sales side requests.• Coordinate with the Planning department for distributor payments and data accuracy.• Ensure timely payments to distributors and support them as needed.
