- Take care of Daikin’s Dealers in HCMC, regularly visit to keep relationship and encourage them to expand business with Daikin (Commercial A/C, Service business);- Be responsible for sales target & sales budget;- Support sell-out for dealers by developing new users, sub-dealers (B2B, B2C, Contractors) and supporting their sales activities (ex. promotions in the local market, after sales service, etc.)- Consult product selections & specifications in line with the customer's needs;- Provide product & commercial trainings, continuously update information of Daikin’s sales policies & campaign;- Collect data, do research & analyze about the market (trends, competitors, customers, etc.) for improvements & future plans;- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers’ expectations are met (in terms of quality, service);- Make report of sales, stock, AR by week/month/ quarter/ year.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree (engineering prefer)- Have a knowledge of the HVAC-R industry (prefer) and have a good relationship with the key stake holders in the region- At least 2 years sales experience- Good at MS office and other related software- Friendly, motivated, patient and result – oriented- Good at communication, negotiation- Ability to work individual and high pressure- Basic communication in English
