• Manage all events calendar
• Responsible for operating and managing all activities of the Banquet, Conference
• Develop and organize the implementation of the Company's business development plans and strategies.
• Determine sales goals; Responsible for implementing the committed targets of the Event Sales Department with the Board of Management
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Serve as our primary point of contact for large events and parties
• Maintain BEO (banquet event order) paperwork for each booking
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef on menu requests
• Negotiate contracts and assist with accounts receivable
• Develop promotions or specialty packages to entice new customers.
• Connect with potential clients and negotiate their contracts
• Meet sales targets, coordinate with clients, manage event logistics, ensure seamless event execution, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist with accounts receivable
• Exploit, analyze, evaluate market information, and competitors and make suggestions and recommendations.
• Participate in building and developing customer support activities and services.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Team to plan and implement event programs, and develop promotional materials
• Train employees, evaluate work performance, recommend rewards, discipline... for Sales staff.
• Weekly and monthly reporting to the Sales Manager
• Other tasks that arise as requested
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
• A Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent; Strong financial acumen
• Prior experience as an Event Sales Manager for 3 years in luxury resorts; Sales experience.
• Organizational and communication skills
• Have skills in building, managing, and training teams;
• International experience is desirable but not essential.
• 30-45 Years of Age; Can business travel;
• Good communication, persuasion, sales consulting, reporting, negotiation, and situation-handling skills;
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, persistent, honest in work.
• Vietnamese National required or Expat with proven Vietnamese luxury experience.
