Job description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include leading the sales team, conducting market research, creating sales reports, and working closely with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.1. Sales:• Identify new leads, and new customer acquisition, increasing business volumes, and maintaining strong business relations with existing customers.• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently, maintaining a high level of service quality.2. Sales Strategy and Planning:• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends.• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.3. Documentation and Compliance:• Prepare and review all relevant shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and company policies to avoid legal and logistical issues.• Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless operations.• Work closely with other departments to ensure all services provided are executed smoothly and efficiently.• Provide regular updates to customers regarding shipment status and address any potential delays proactively.4. Problem Solving:• Proactively identify potential issues in the supply chain and implement solutions to mitigate risks.• Handle customer complaints and disputes professionally and efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.5. Reporting:• Generate regular reports on shipment status, customer feedback, and overall service performance.• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.6. Relationship Management:• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.• Actively seek feedback from customers to continuously improve the service quality and address any concerns.7. Continuous Improvement:• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in logistics and customer service.• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to personal and professional growth

REQUIREMENTS:• Age: 30 – 35 and prefer male• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.• Proven track record in market development and achieving sales targets.• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Fluency in English
