- To be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/catering-related opportunities.
- To conduct active sales and upsell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity.
- To achieve personal and team-related revenue goals.
- To ensure business is turned over properly and timely for proper service delivery.
- To maintain an efficient and accurate filing system related to sales records and reports.
- To seek ways to be updated on relevant changes in the industry, market, competitors, etc., for effective sales strategies and plans.
- To build strong and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders related to hotel business.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated in Diploma or Bachelor degree major in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any other related fields.
- Proficient use of English in all skills.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position in requested business segment within a luxury brand
