Based on the basic philosophy “The customer first”, we are continuing our efforts to create malls that enhance the quality of life, stimulate local economic activity and contribute to community life and culture.Website: https://aeonmall-vietnam.com/vi/tuyen-dung/Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales & Marketing Officer in AEON MALL Ha Long.Main function: Follow established procedures and guidelines to assist in executing sales and marketing strategies that drive tenant acquisition, customer engagement, and foot traffic at Aeon Mall Ha Long—especially during its launch phase and first year of operation.Work location: 7th Floor, SHB Building, 25/4 Street, Ha Long, Quang NinhWorking time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 1-2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.Report to: Deputy Manager/Team Leader.1. Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales reports. (25%)2. Follow the sales plan, keep track of tenants' sales to figure out good and bad points. Meeting with store managers to discuss about product display, staff's performance, cooperated events if any. Meeting with store owners/ manager to enhance relationship and assess to customer needs and suggest appropriate ideas and services to boost sales. (25%)3. Frequently patrol SC to provide timely support to customer and tenants, control tenants' image and service based on company policy. (10%)4. Acknowledge customer complaints and discuss with Store Manager to find proper solutions. (10%)5. Prepare, support and keep track sales for sales event as assigned by Supervisor while cooperating with all party to ensure the events on time as scheduled and achieve target. (10%)6. Lease storage, billboard, in-out plan of tenants and work with new tenants to guide them all steps to run business at AEONMALL. Find and suggest potential candidates for leasing vacant lots as plan of Department. (10%)7. Handle administration tasks such as: making RFA, payments, contract… (5%)8. Other task as assigned. (5%)

1. Bachelor’s degree.2. Candidates with 2 – 3 years of experience in retail leasing, tenant relations, or B2B sales—preferably in shopping malls, commercial real estate, or retail chains are an advantage.3. Good at both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.4. Good at Microsoft Office.5. Having negotiation & communication skill.6. Can be able to withstand high work pressure.7.
