• Greet customers, offer them assistance and handle their demand or inquiries with warmest attitude
• Direct customers by escorting them to shelve and help them to find the items they need, or to the cashier counters by helping them carry products
• Advice customers by providing information on products, help customer make selections by enhancing customer confidence; offer them suggestions and opinions of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
• Maintain inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observe inventory levels; place reorder when levels appear low under supervision of Department Supervisor to make sure no out of stock, no over-stock
• Carry out any other duties delegated by Supervisor/ Store Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Customer Service skills. Relevant experience is an advantage
• Well presented, dynamic, able to work in a team as well as independently, enjoy communication
• Have experience in working with/for foreigners
