Senior Accountant

JOB PURPOSE- Responsible for checking payment records and making payments for payment transactions related to insurance contracts and storing payment records, and accounting records;- Performing daily accounting of expenses, receivables, and payables for payment transactions related to insurance contracts;- Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting book closing;- Preparing reports according to the regulations of the Company and the State (including tax regulations)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1, Payment Accountinga) Check payment records for payment transactions related to insurance contracts and prepare daily payment ordersb) Record and reconcile bank ledger transactions, accounts receivable and payable, expenses, and General Ledger.c) Coordinate with inspection and examination units when requested.2, Financial period closinga) Execute accounting period closing activities [for specific areas given by the line-manager(s)]b) Support preparing regulatory financial reports3, Miscellaneousa) Support the development and maintenance of the MB Life’s internal control framework, process and procedures manual.b) Other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant/ Deputy Director of Finance and Investment Domain, in charge of Accounting or (co) line-manager(s)
