Senior Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum, Project Manager)

Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (Developers, Testers, Designers, and Project Managers) to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Support the design, testing, and implementation phases to ensure deliverables meet client expectations. Create and maintain project documentation including BRD, SRS, User Stories, and Use Cases. Participate in project planning and estimation, ensuring requirements are aligned with project goals and timelines. Conduct business process analysis and optimization, proposing improvements where necessary. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure the successful handover to clients. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure transparency and shared understanding.
