About the OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced DevOps/Infra Engineer to join our team and help build, maintain, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Our platform serves millions of users globally through mission-critical systems that require high availability and exceptional performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on automation, reliability, and operational excellence, understanding that every infrastructure decision directly impacts our users' experience and the business's success.
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (primarily AWS and Terraform)
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and frequent deployments
Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions
Drive operational excellence through automation, documentation, and process improvement
Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance
Lead incident response and post-mortem analyses
Implement security best practices and maintain compliance requirements
Mentor team members on infrastructure and operational best practices

What you need to be successful
Good English communication, both verbal and written
4+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and IaC (Terraform)
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS/ Kubernetes)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration
Track record of improving system reliability and operational efficiency
